why this, now?

One of several paths that led me to becoming a Personal Style Specialist is my background in HR. Of particular relevance here is my experience in recruitment and interviewing as well as resume preparation and job interview preparation. You got it; it’s all about how people present themselves!

In 2011, my team and I won two Prime Minister’s Awards for our employment readiness programs. I’ve delivered over 150 employment related workshops and written as least that many resumes and cover letters. I’ve done this across public, private and non-profit sectors.

I’ve also worked in a small media training team coaching people for television interviews. These days it’s important for all of us to know how to present ourselves professionally and comfortably in front of a camera as many job interviews are conducted online.
