It’s time to think more carefully about the clothes we buy, reduce compulsive shopping and halt our addiction to fast fashion.

The book demonstrates how using a design principle, namely colour, helps us to build a cohesive, functional wardrobe we love and thus, curbs our appetite for compulsive clothes shopping.
