A personal trainer for your clothes?

I really enjoyed reading this article by Stuart Heritage (link below) because this is how I want people to feel as I work with them;

  • like I’m intuitive

  • that I’ve clearly done my research on you

  • gently nudged towards a new look but one that’s still comfortable for you

  • that you can’t believe what you see in the mirror

  • like you’ve found ‘your’ outfit

  • and you love how you look and how you feel!

This is how a good Style Specialist should make you feel. You should never feel intimidated or insulted or like you don’t recognise yourself. This statement by Stuart Heritage encapsulates the sentiment brilliantly!

They were clothes for a parallel-universe version of myself who was somehow able to reach his potential. Who knew?

That’s how I aim to make you feel; similar to a trainer who guides you along a path. I don’t use ‘before and after’ photos to make me look good. The client experience is much more important to me. I want you to enjoy refining and building on your style project, not to feel awkward about where you’ve come from. Like all the best projects, I believe personal style should be an organic, ever-evolving and, above all. enjoyable adventure.

Whether you’re embarking on a style refresh for work, or because you’ve left work, or you’re embracing a new gender or you just want an update; we can have fun with this!

I hired a personal trainer for my clothes. Here’s what happened.
